The Humanities Division at the University of Oxford is seeking to appoint a HR
Administrator to the Division’s shared HR service. You will provide HR support
across a range of duties, working both in the Divisional Office and in
partnership with one or more of the Division’s faculties.





Reporting to the Humanities HR Team Lead, you will provide support for all
aspects of the employment life cycle, acting as first point of contact for
queries, and supporting faculties and the Divisional Office with recruitment
and payroll. You will have experience of working in an HR team/HR role,
providing a high level of customer service with accuracy and attention to
detail. You will demonstrate the ability to work independently and as part of
a team, and to prioritise your workload and produce accurate work within
deadlines.
