<div xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml"> <p></p><div>The Faculty of Law seeks to appoint a Hybrid Teaching Co-ordinator to support the delivery of hybrid teaching during the exceptional circumstances surrounding the Coronavirus pandemic.&#160; The term &#8216;hybrid teaching&#8217; in this instance refers to situations where some of the class are physically present and others, possibly including the teacher, are participating online.&#160; The postholder will report to the Dean&#8217;s Executive Assistant, and will work closely with the student admin team and associated IT/AV staff.&#160;&#160;The postholder will be required to be physically present in the St Cross Building.&#160;</div><br> <div>&#160;</div><br> <div>The role of the Hybrid Teaching Co-ordinator will be to support the organisation, scheduling and delivery of hybrid teaching on Teams or Zoom; help teachers to identify the appropriate set-up for their teaching; to co-ordinate the allocation of Graduate Classroom Facilitators to classes; and to help the Faculty to respond to changing circumstances through the year.&#160;&#160;</div><br> <div>&#160;</div><br> <div>The successful candidate will have competence at using standard AV equipment, for which training will be provided; clerical or administrative work experience, preferably in a similar role or environment; strong organisational skills; and IT skills to support the scheduling and running of on-line teaching.</div><br> <div>&#160;</div><br> <div>This is a full time, fixed term post until 30 June 2022.&#160;</div><br> <div>&#160;</div><br> <div>Applications for this vacancy are to be made online via www.recruit.ox.ac.uk&#160;and enter vacancy ID: 152532.&#160; You will be required to complete an application form and upload supporting statement as part of your online application.&#160;</div><br> <div>&#160;</div><br> <div>Only applications received by midday on 15 September 2021 will be considered.</div> </div>
