<div xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml"> <p></p><div>The HR team at the Department of Computer Science have an opening for a HR Administrator, ideally to start as soon as possible.</div><br> <div>&#160;</div><br> <div>Over the past few years, the Department of Computer Science has established increasing undergraduate student numbers in association with a growing number of colleges, which has necessitated growth of our academic faculty in order to provide tutorial teaching and pastoral care to our students.&#160; With further ambitious undergraduate student growth plans over the next 5 years, we are looking to further expand our academic faculty.</div><br> <div>&#160;</div><br> <div>You will provide a professional, proactive and efficient HR service, providing support and co-ordination across the employee lifecycle; this will include recruitment and retention, employee engagement, learning and development, payroll and reward, leavers, ensuring the implementation of associated policies and procedures. You will provide excellent customer service to internal and external colleagues, job applicants, and external organisations with whom you come into contact.&#160;</div><br> <div>&#160;</div><br> <div>In addition you will maintain individual personnel files (electronic and hard copy) for DoCS in accordance with internal procedures and GDPR, including archiving files and closing completed vacancies on Core. You will compile data for HESA returns, HR Data returns and run ad-hoc reports from the HR database when required.</div><br> <div>&#160;</div><br> <div>You will possess a professional approach to providing high levels of customer service and building relationships with stakeholders.&#160; You will also possess significant experience of recruitment and selection of staff at all levels, with sound knowledge of UK employment law and UKVI regulations. With HR experience at the University of Oxford/other Higher Education institutions, experience of using CoreHR, and an understanding of the principles of Athena SWAN or experience of working towards the charter are highly desirable.</div><br> <div>&#160;</div><br> <div>You will be qualified/working towards CIPD graduate level (or equivalent experience), have experience of working in an HR role within a fast paced and dynamic environment.&#160;</div><br> <div>&#160;</div><br> <div><strong>The closing date for applications is 12 noon on 23 August 2021.</strong></div><br> <div>&#160;</div><br> <div>We are a Stonewall Top 100 Employer, Living Wage and Mindful Employer, holding an Athena Swan Bronze Award, HR excellence in Research and Race Equality Charter Bronze Award.</div><br> <div>&#160;</div><br> <div>Our staff and students come from all over the world and we proudly promote a friendly and inclusive culture.
