<div xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml"> <p></p><div>The Department of Computer Science is looking for a proactive and committed individual to join our finance post award grants team.</div><br> <div>&#160;</div><br> <div>The purpose of the role is to manage and provide support for a selected portfolio of research and non-research grants, supporting the relevant Principal Investigators and Project Managers to ensure that funds are securely managed, and that funder terms and conditions are met. You will work closely with various teams within the department and across the University.</div><br> <div>&#160;</div><br> <div>You will have financial administration experience with excellent IT skills and be able to communicate both verbally and in writing to a range of non-financial audiences. You should have the ability to balance and prioritise your own workload effectively and make informed decisions whilst knowing when to escalate or refer to the Senior Finance Officer.</div><br> <div>&#160;</div><br> <div>The post is part-time with 0.6 FTE and fixed-term until 3 February 2023.</div><br> <div>&#160;</div><br> <div>Applications for this vacancy are to be made online.
