As a community- and person-led programme, MultakaOxford grounds itself in creating mutually beneficial opportunities to develop inter-cultural learning and understanding.</div><br> <div>&#160;</div><br> <div>MultakaOxford has just received five years of funding for phase 2 of the project. The Project and Volunteer Coordinator (PVC) is responsible for leadership, management and coordination of all aspects of the programme.&#160; &#160;A core feature of this role is the support and coordination of the team of volunteers. In MultakaOxford staff and volunteers work alongside each other and collaborate to deliver the work-plan and the outputs and outcomes.</div><br> <div>&#160;</div><br> <div>The successful candidate will have a strong belief in the ethos of MultakaOxford and bring extensive experience of managing, leading, and coordinating inclusive person-led programmes with cross-cultural and diverse communities. Experience of working with people who are settling in the UK / Oxford as refugees, asylum seekers or force migrants is desirable.</div><br> <div>&#160;</div><br> <div>This post is&#160;fixed-term for 4 years.</div><br> <div>&#160;</div><br> <div>Applications for this vacancy are to be made online.
