<div xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml"> <p></p><div><strong>Faculty of Theology and Religion in association with Campion Hall</strong></div><br> <div>&#160;</div><br> <div><strong>Five year fixed term post (external funding)</strong></div><br> <div>&#160;</div><br> <div><strong>About the role</strong></div><br> <div>This&#160;five-year fixed term lectureship is intended to develop&#160;the career of a highly promising scholar by providing opportunities for teaching, research and collaborative work in Modern Catholic Theology and associated fields.&#160; The successful candidate will be a member of the Faculty of Theology &amp; Religion, and will be attached to Campion Hall.&#160;You will primarily lecture and teach undergraduate and graduate students, and conduct some independent research. You will also be expected to undertake advanced academic study to underpin lectures and class teaching.</div><br> <div>&#160;</div><br> <div><strong>About you</strong></div><br> <div>You will have relevant postgraduate qualification (preferably a doctorate), an aptitude for teaching and some experience of teaching and research.&#160;You will have sufficient depth and breadth of knowledge in the subject to develop course materials and research proposals.&#160;You will have publication record and familiarity with the existing literature and research in the field and have experience of qualitative/quantitative research and analytical techniques.&#160;The duties and skills required are described in further detail in the job description.</div><br> <div>&#160;</div><br> <div><strong>Application Process</strong></div><br> <div>For your online application, you will be asked to upload a CV, a supporting statement and a 500-word proposal for a research agenda for the duration of the post.&#160;&#160;For further details, please refer to the How to Apply section of the job description.</div><br> <div>&#160;</div><br> <div>For an informal discussion about the post, please contact Professor William Wood (william.wood@theology.ox.ac.uk).
