<div xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml"> <p></p><div>The Humanities Divisional Office is seeking to appoint a permanent HR team lead to support the ongoing development of the Division&#8217;s HR Shared Service.</div><br> <div>&#160;</div><br> <div>With a background in HR you will be self-motivated and able to work independently and collaboratively in order to provide an excellent HR service across both the Humanities Divisional Office (HDO) and some of the Division&#8217;s faculties.</div><br> <div>&#160;</div><br> <div>This post presents an exciting opportunity to lead the Division&#8217;s HR Team. The post has responsibility for all aspects of the employment life cycle for non-academic appointments in the HDO, and to support the continued development of a shared HR service across the division.</div><br> <div>&#160;</div><br> <div>Reporting to the Deputy Head of Divisional Administration and working closely with them to continue to develop HR support, the post holder will be expected to manage and develop the team within and across the Humanities Division, providing leadership to the evolving divisional HR Shared Service.</div><br> <div>&#160;</div><br> <div>Applications must be made online.
