PREVIOUS APPLICANTS NEED NOT APPLY.</div><br> <div>&#160;</div><br> <div>We are seeking an organised and enthusiastic person to provide administrative support to the Humanities IT team based in the Humanities Division.</div><br> <div>&#160;</div><br> <div>This is an exciting new full-time post providing administrative support for a team of IT professionals across several faculties within the Humanities Division at the University of Oxford. There is plenty of opportunity to help shape the role using your own experience and a wide range of training available to help you succeed in this role.</div><br> <div>&#160;</div><br> <div>Experience with Microsoft Office and the confidence to be proactive in your approach to organisation would help the ongoing development of the team and its evolving IT support services.</div><br> <div>&#160;</div><br> <div>You will be responsible for providing thorough administrative support to the Head of the Humanities IT Team, including email management, fielding queries, meeting logistics and other related matters. In this busy and varied role, you will also play a vital part in the wider administration of the Humanities IT Team working collaboratively with the whole team.</div><br> <div>&#160;</div><br> <div>You will have an active role in planning events, communications and general project management as well as administrative support that will enable the team to work effectively together.</div><br> <div>&#160;</div><br> <div>The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communications skills, in person and in writing, and the ability to engage and communicate effectively. They will have experience of meeting logistics, including minuting and report creation, and will be able to manage and prioritise a varied workload. Excellent IT skills and a high level of accuracy and numeracy are also required.</div><br> <div>&#160;</div><br> <div>Applications must be made online.
