‘Their Finest Hour’ Project Co-ordinator

This post will be fixed-term until 30 June 2024, and it is anticipated that
the appointee will start on 1 July 2022 or as soon as possible thereafter.





Applications are invited for a part-time (0.5 FTE) Project Co-ordinator to
work with Dr Stuart Lee (Principal Investigator) and the Project Manager on
the ‘Their Finest Hour’ digital humanities and crowd-sourcing project, which
looks at the experience and legacy of the Second World War on UK residents and
their families.





The post holder will be a member of a small team interviewing and digitally
capturing stories and artefacts relating to WW2. They will be responsible for
organising the community collection events and other events associated with
the project, assisting with maintaining financial records and producing
project reports, as well as providing general administrative and
communications support.





The successful candidate will have experience in administration, working with
budgets and financial processes, and strong IT skills.
