<div xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml"> <p></p><div><strong>About the role</strong></div><br> <div>The&#160;Faculty of Theology and Religion is seeking to employ an Undergraduate Studies and Examinations Administrator to join our small and friendly administrative team from September 2022, or sooner if possible.</div><br> <div>&#160;</div><br> <div>Your primary responsibilities will be concerned with all aspects of undergraduate administration and providing administrative support in relation to undergraduate and some postgraduate examinations for the Faculty. You will work closely with the Faculty&#8217;s Director of Undergraduate Studies.</div><br> <div>You will be expected to contribute proactively to the development of administrative procedures and policies and to work closely with the Director of Undergraduate Studies to ensure the delivery of the undergraduate courses.</div><br> <div>Remote working is negotiable, but you must be able to work on-site on a regular basis. The role includes 38 days&#8217; leave inclusive of Bank Holidays and Faculty closure days, pension and excellent benefits. The Faculty is committed to developing colleagues both personally and professionally.</div><br> <div>&#160;</div><br> <div><strong>About you</strong></div><br> <div>You will have a good standard of education (A-level or equivalent), proven administrative skills, and strong numeracy and IT skills. You will be well-organised and self-motivated, with excellent written and oral communications skills, and enjoy working as part of a team.</div><br> <div>&#160;</div><br> <div>If, for any reason, you have taken a career break or have had an atypical career and wish to disclose this in your application, the selection committee will take this into account.
