<div xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml"> <p></p><div>THIS VACANCY IS ALSO AVAILABLE AS A SECONDMENT OPPORTUNITY FOR INTERNAL CANDIDATES.</div><br> <div>&#160;</div><br> <div>The Humanities Divisional Office (HDO) is seeking a candidate who already has some HR experience to join our HR support team (currently a team of six).</div><br> <div>&#160;</div><br> <div>Your role as HR Administrator reports to the Humanities HR Team Lead and you will provide support for all aspects of the employment life cycle in one or more faculties which the HDO HR team supports as part of the Division&#8217;s shared HR service.</div><br> <div>&#160;</div><br> <div>The successful candidate will be educated to A-level standard or equivalent. You will have experience of working in an HR team/HR role, providing a high level of customer service with accuracy and attention to detail. You will demonstrate the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and to prioritise your workload and produce accurate work within deadlines.</div><br> <div>&#160;</div><br> <div>If you are an internal applicant&#160;and wish to be considered on the basis of a secondment, you will need to have discussed this with your manager before applying.</div><br> <div>&#160;</div><br> <div>If, for any reason, you have taken a career break or have had an atypical career and wish to disclose this in your application, the selection committee will take this into account.
