We are seeking an experienced administrator to manage the operation and planning of the Micro-Internship Programme for a fixed term period of 12 months.  This role reports directly to the Head of the Internship Office and the postholder will be responsible for the line management of the Micro-Internship Programme Assistant and will also be expected to offer guidance to other members of the Internship Office team.

 

The Internship Office facilitates exciting internship and mentoring experiences exclusively to Oxford University students. The key programmes run by the Internship Office are the Summer Internship Programme, the Micro Internship Programme, the Crankstart Internship and Mentoring Programmes, and the Promentor Programme. 

 

Potential candidates should be a graduate, or have equivalent work experience, and will have excellent organisational skills and be able to communicate clearly and confidently in a variety of settings. The role requires networking both within the University and outside so candidates will also need to be self-confident and able to act as a competent ambassador for the Service. Previous experience in student administration is desirable, but not essential.
