The Humanities Division at the University of Oxford is seeking to appoint a new member to the division’s HR Shared Service (HRSS) team, focused on supporting academic staff across the division.

 

The post holder will provide HR support across a range of duties, covering the full employment life cycle for academic staff, mainly focused on appointment, probation (known as Initial Period of Office for Associate Professors), academic leave, and retirements. This post provides the opportunity to have responsibility for the efficient administration of a range of employment contract types, and to support a team of HR professionals in providing a quality service to the Division’s faculties.

 

You will be within the supportive HR Shared service team based in the Humanities Divisional Office, Radcliffe Observatory Quarter central Oxford. We offer hybrid working with an expectation of normally 2 days a week in the office (pro rata for part time).
