Responsibilities • Advise managers, colleagues and candidates by telephone, email and face to face; answering straightforward questions, and undertaking research and interpreting procedures to answer more complex questions as appropriate • Operationally manage the HR Assistant, day to day, in respect of recruitment administration and duties, for example ensuring arrangements are made for shortlisting meetings and interviews (booking meeting rooms, setting up equipment, escorting candidates, etc) • Act as the primary point contact for all departmental recruitment processes. Manage the complex administration of a high number of recruitment exercises.
