The ability to effectively manage complex projects is required and project management experience and/or training would be advantageous but is not essential. Exceptional thoroughness and resourcefulness together with exceptional interpersonal skills are essential. The post requires a high level of independent working with the ability and willingness to take on financial and project leadership and work within a team approach as appropriate.
