The post-holder will be primarily responsible for processing funding applications for academic outputs. For some open access pathways, a fee must be paid. This fee is referred to as an Article Processing Charge (APC) or a Book Processing Charge (BPC). The Open Access Collections Team, within the Bodleian Libraries, is responsible for the administration of APCs and BPCs, and the compliance checks and corrections for these outputs. A secondary aspect of the role will be reviewing material deposited to ORA by Oxford academics. This post provides a great opportunity to transfer the “traditional” bibliographic skills of cataloguing and authority control to the newer and still-developing area of research output data management. This is a full-time, fixed-term position, working 36.5 hours per week for one year from the start date of the successful candidate. **About You** The post-holder will be computer literate as duties will primarily focus on processing applications for funded research, dealing with the processing and payment of invoices and enhancing the metadata for ORA deposits to maximise the interaction and engagement with the research content.
