Saïd Business School is recruiting for an Executive MBA Programme Coordinator to support its award-winning programme.

This is a highly responsible role within the EMBA Programme Team, which will report to a Senior Executive MBA Programme Manager. The key areas of responsibility are to provide administrative, technical and programmatic support to deliver the EMBA Programme. The Programme Coordinator will work closely with the EMBA Programme Managers and Senior Programme Managers to ensure efficient operational delivery of the programme and a positive student experience.

 

The postholder will interface with multiple external stakeholders and teams both within the School and the wider collegiate University to achieve these aims. The postholder will also hold a specialism in the production of digital resource requirements within the EMBA Programme team, working closely with the Programme Teaching Materials team to build and maintain accessible virtual learning environments and reading lists.

 

Key responsibilities


  • Plan and provide administrative and logistical support to Programme Managers for EMBA events and modules including room bookings, technical arrangements, accommodation, invitations, registration, greeting attendees etc. Work collaboratively and effectively with external vendors, speakers and the School’s Conference, Audio Visual, Catering, Estates and Reception Teams to ensure efficient/effective delivery.

  • Work collaboratively and effectively with the School’s Programme Teaching Materials, Digital Learning and Library teams, acting as a liaison between these teams and the EMBA Programme Team.

  • Provide logistical and administrative support for international modules and study trips.

  • Populate and update the internal booking systems.

  • Purchase supplies/services/reading list materials for EMBA activities (including negotiating expenditure costs with suppliers) and manage financial processes in Oracle. Assist Programme Managers and SPMs with financial management.


You will have successful experience of delivering administrative, digital learning collateral and financial tasks, alongside event planning and delivery, all to tight and frequently changing priorities and deadlines, without compromising quality. You will also have excellent customer service skills and a professional manner.
