Responsibilities To ensure an effective well-organised administrative function is provided to the entire SubDepartment by: • • • • • • • • • Setting up and maintaining systems, records and files (paper and electronic), including archiving systems; Managing all visitor requirements (including visiting students) ensuring University regulations are followed in relation to right to work checks (includes visa application) and recording of visas, enabling visitors access to facilities (rooms/ network) and attend H&S induction if applicable, itineraries; Ensuring that a front office service is provided efficiently and effectively; Organising meetings, seminars and events, and other prestigious events/ conferences.
