About the Role


  • We’re looking for a Dynamics 365 Functional Support Analyst to join our Software Solutions Group within central IT Services. You’ll play a crucial role in enabling staff across the University to use Dynamics 365 — with a focus on Customer Service and Marketing modules — effectively and efficiently. This user-facing role is all about unlocking value from the platform, promoting best practice, and supporting continuous improvement.

  • You’ll work closely with product owners, analysts, and developers to triage issues, contribute to roadmap development, and champion good user experience. You’ll help shape user requirements, provide tailored guidance, and contribute to documentation and training that supports self-service and learning. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys helping others use technology well and is keen to grow their skills in Microsoft cloud tools.

  • You’ll also contribute to Agile ceremonies, evaluate new features, and support our wider digital transformation goals. While you don’t need to be a developer, familiarity with tools like Power Automate, Power Pages, or Dataverse will be valuable.

  • Experience supporting enterprise applications, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform tools (e.g. Power Automate, Customer Service, Marketing).

Working closely with developers, business analysts, and product owners, you will play a key role in supporting users to get the most from the University’s Dynamics 365 platform — with a particular focus on the Customer Service and Marketing applications.
