About the Role


  • This is an exciting opportunity to join the central IT Services department as a Senior Dynamics 365 Developer, where you will take a lead role in developing and supporting key systems built on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform. You'll work with cross-functional Agile teams to design, configure, and extend CRM, Marketing, and Customer Service capabilities that are central to the University’s outreach, student support, and engagement initiatives.

  • As part of the Software Solutions Group, you will collaborate with product owners, analysts, and stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable, and user-focused solutions using a modern toolset including Power Pages, Power Automate, Azure PaaS, and Copilot/AI-driven features. You'll also contribute to the University's digital transformation programme, helping shape the future of service delivery and user experience across the institution.

About You

We’re looking for someone who can demonstrate:


  • Strong hands-on experience configuring and customising Microsoft Dynamics 365, including Dataverse schema design and model-driven apps.

  • A solid understanding of Dynamics 365 security models and a secure-by-design development approach.

  • Proficiency in developing solutions with C#, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and Azure PaaS tools such as Logic Apps or Functions.

  • Experience working in Agile teams, contributing to sprints and delivering incremental value through DevOps pipelines.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate technical detail for a wide range of audiences.
