The planning, administration and delivery of these should be seamless and professional at all times. Responsibilities • Ensure that administration, preparation and delivery of executive education custom courses to clients is executed to the highest standards. • Help to recruit new, high-calibre clients for custom executive education programmes, including by proactively identifying invitations to tender, preparing bids and helping to prepare high-quality marketing materials. • Communicate with a wide range of senior stakeholders including faculty, participants and client representatives. • Act as client relationship manager, ensuring a responsive, professional and tailored service. • Prepare custom programme budgets and deliver within these. We’re seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Education Programme Coordinator to help expand our world-class executive education programmes.

 

You'll manage the end-to-end delivery of bespoke courses for high-level clients—both online and in-person—ensuring a seamless and professional experience. From coordinating logistics and budgets to building strong relationships with faculty, speakers, and participants, you’ll be central to making our programmes impactful and influential.
