Join our Clinical Research Group (CRG) as a Clinical Research Assistant and be
part of a dedicated team focused on advancing women's and reproductive health
through high-quality, inclusive research. This patient-facing role involves
clearly explaining research studies to ensure informed, voluntary
participation. You will play a vital role in supporting the Generation Study,
assisting with participant recruitment, and managing essential administrative
tasks. Your responsibilities will include recruiting women for the study,
maintaining accurate research documentation, liaising with clinical teams, and
organising the shipment of study samples.
In addition to the Generation Study, you will also support other CRG studies
by assisting with participant follow-ups, clinical observations, phlebotomy,
and laboratory sample processing. Administrative duties such as managing phone
inquiries, maintaining study databases, and contributing to team meetings will
also be part of your role. Training will be provided for all relevant tasks to
ensure your success.
You will be based at the CRG Unit, Level 4, Nuffield Department of Women’s and
Reproductive Health, where you will have opportunities for personal

Your responsibilities will encompass:
**Research Support:**
\- Actively recruit participants for CRG-led studies.
\- Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring confidentiality.
\- Handle inquiries and assist during clinical procedures.
\- Collect and process various research samples.
\- Attend departmental meetings and report on study progress.
**Administrative Support:**
\- Assist with clinical study administration, including record-keeping and
preparing materials.
\- Report any concerns regarding study conduct to relevant authorities.
\- Order supplies and take minutes during team meetings.
**Personal Development:**
\- Use your initiative and interpersonal skills to thrive in your role.
\- Collaborate with your line manager to pursue professional development
opportunities.
Please note that these responsibilities may evolve based on organizational
needs.

**Please note that this role does not meet the salary threshold required to
obtain sponsorship for a Skilled Worker visa, however, applications are
