To accomplish this ambitious goal, we need a passionate Energy and Carbon Programme Manager to lead our efforts.</div><br> <div>&#160;</div><br> <div><strong>The Role:</strong></div><br> <div>&#160;</div><br> <div>As our Energy and Carbon Programme Manager, you'll be at the forefront of our sustainability efforts, directly contributing to a greener future.</div><br> <div>&#160;</div><br> <div>You will play a pivotal role in driving our sustainability initiatives forward. Reporting directly to the Head of Environmental Sustainability, you'll lead a dedicated team focused on reducing our energy consumption and carbon emissions. Your responsibilities will include:</div><br> <div>&#160;</div><br> <div>&#8226;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160; <strong>Carbon Management Strategy</strong>: Lead the development and promotion of our Carbon Management Strategy, securing budgets, managing projects, and seeking external funding for carbon reduction projects.</div><br> <div>&#8226;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160; <strong>Carbon Management Programme</strong>: Oversee the carbon reduction projects, define processes, ensure awareness and training, and report on progress.</div><br> <div>&#8226;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160; <strong>Team Leadership:</strong> Manage and develop a team responsible for energy management, carbon reduction, and building controls. You'll be at the forefront of efforts to reduce our utility bills and stay compliant with changing regulations.</div><br> <div>&#8226;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160; <strong>Sustainable Design:</strong> Implement the Sustainability Design Guide in our construction projects, ensuring they align with our sustainability goals.</div><br> <div>&#8226;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160; <strong>Training and Development:</strong> Provide training sessions for colleagues and contractors on sustainable construction standards.</div><br> <div>&#8226;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160; <strong>Process Improvement</strong>: Collaborate with your team to improve work processes and templates.</div><br> <div>&#160;</div><br> <div><strong>As an employer, we value the well-being and development of all our employees.
