<div>We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts for the MBA and 1+1 MBA programmes. Reporting to the Associate Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing strategy that will elevate our programmes, attract high-caliber individuals from diverse international backgrounds, and contribute significantly to our participant acquisition targets.</div><br>

<div>Key Responsibilities:</div><br>
<div>- Develop and execute the overarching marketing strategy for the MBA and 1+1 MBA programmes.</div><br>
<div>- Collaborate with regional Recruitment Managers to create effective regional marketing strategies.</div><br>
<div>- Manage non-regional MBA marketing budget and advise on regional budget allocation.</div><br>
<div>- Establish and drive KPI targets for marketing activities and regional campaigns.</div><br>
<div>- Develop integrated B2C and B2B marketing strategies to differentiate our programmes in a competitive market.</div><br>

<div>Selection Criteria:</div><br>
<div>- Degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, English, or communications.</div><br>
<div>- Proven experience in developing, implementing, and evaluating integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including online.</div><br>
<div>- Experience in direct/database marketing.</div><br>
