<div>As a Maintenance Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of ensuring our systems and equipment operate flawlessly. You will work across a rich and varied portfolio including a significant number of heritage assets and prestigious buildings. Your role will encompass:</div><br>

<div>•  Monitoring and maintaining a wide array of machinery and equipment.</div><br>
<div>•  Swiftly responding to planned and emergency maintenance to minimize disruptions.</div><br>
<div>•  Collaborating with specialist contractors to tackle challenges.</div><br>
<div>•  Working closely with our dedicated team and various departments.</div><br>
<div>•  Ensuring the safety and functionality of our critical systems.</div><br>

<div><strong>To Be Successful You'll Need:</strong></div><br>
<div> </div><br>
<div>• Extensive experience in mechanical systems maintenance, including HVAC systems, heating, cooling and ventilation system</div><br>
<div>• Previous experience in maintaining systems while buildings are in use.</div><br>
<div>• Knowledge of control systems, especially BMS TREND 963.</div><br>
<div>• Strong problem-solving skills</div><br>
<div>• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively</div><br>
<div>• Knowledge and experience with CAFM systems, Microsoft Office and basic IT skills</div><br>
<div>• Experience supervising contractors.</div><br>
<div>• A commitment to safety, with awareness of relevant health and safety policies.</div><br>
<div>• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with contactors and other customers</div><br>
<div>• A dedication to providing exceptional customer service.</div><br>

<div><strong>Desirable</strong></div><br>
<div> </div><br>
<div>Experience with refrigeration, boilers, pumps, water systems and controls would be an advantage</div><br>
