Schools Administrative Assistant

We are looking for an organised, efficient administrative assistant to support
the Ashmolean team, which manages school visits, with office based
administrative tasks including financial tasks, bookings, inputting design
content and processing orders.
You will have experience of computerised administrative, booking and financial
systems, ideally Oracle. You will be able to work independently and as part of
a team. You will be able to manage your time efficiently, prioritising tasks
and remaining calm under pressure.
This is a part time, fixed term post for 12 months, working 14.6 hours per
week onsite.
