**About the Role**
You will provide comprehensive financial and administrative support to the
newly established CSAE Economic Policy Network (EPN), and other CSAE led
multi-partner research programmes at the Blavatnik School of Government.
The CSAE Economic Policy Network is the focus of all policy related activities
at the CSAE, and its primary aim is to respond to requests from African
governments for quick turnaround policy advice on selected issues. The Network
is directed by Professor Stefan Dercon and, once fully established, will
include a Policy Network Coordinator and several junior policy advisory roles.
You will join a small and energetic team, working closely with the CSAE
Economic Policy Network Coordinator based at the Blavatnik School of
Government, and the CSAE Projects Officer based in the Department of
Economics.
You will perform a key liaison role with colleagues at the Blavatnik School of
Government and the Department of Economics and across the wider University.
You will report to the CSAE Administrator, and will work closely with
colleagues in Finance, Human Resources, Communications and Research
Management.
This contract is fixed-term for 2 years.
**About You**
You will be educated to degree level or have equivalent professional
experience. You will have prove experience of financial administration on
research grant, and of working in a team. You will be able to work flexibly
and under pressure, and have a high degree of computer literacy and
proficiency. Excellent attention to detail, and interpersonal and
communication skills are also essential.
