<div xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml"> <p></p><div>The SDG Impact Lab was created in 2021 to enable graduate students to collaborate with external partners to deliver the UN Sustainable Development Goals. It has expanded its work through partnerships with easyJet holidays, BMW, and Rosberg Philanthropies. A new area of work for the Lab focuses on the intersection of sport, education, and community, working at both the local and global levels.</div><br> <div>&#160;</div><br> <div>The new Oxford Sport Leadership Lab plans to develop a series of new programmes, including a &#8216;Sport, Education, and Community&#8217; programme for secondary school children in the Oxfordshire area; an international programme focused on sport and education for refugees in the Kakuma refugee camps in Kenya; and executive education programmes focused on sport with, for example, Queen&#8217;s Park Rangers FC, Oxford City FC, and the Young Presidents&#8217; Organization.</div><br> <div>&#160;</div><br> <div>The Programme Manager will coordinate the design and delivery of the Oxford Sport Leadership Lab programmes, as well as building and maintaining the internal and external relationships needed to sustain and grow the programmes.</div><br> <div>&#160;</div><br> <div>The postholder will hold a Master&#8217;s degree in a relevant subject area (e.g. social science or humanities). They will have experience of student programme design, including relating to the delivery of transferrable skills training. They will also have the demonstrable ability to manage and coordinate complex tasks, including events and educational programmes. Excellent communication skills, including the ability to write for publication, present research proposals and results, and represent the research group at meetings is essential to this role.</div><br> <div>&#160;</div><br> <div>This post is full time and fixed term up to 31 October 2025</div><br> <div>&#160;</div><br> <div>At ODID we embrace and cherish our differences, and endeavour to be considerate and welcoming of all.
