REACH Communications Officer

We have an exciting new opportunity for the role of REACH Communications
Officer.





REACH is a global research programme to improve water security for the poor by
delivering world-class science that transforms policy and practice. REACH is a
ten year (2015-2025), £22.5m programme funded by the UK’s Foreign,
Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO) and led by the University of Oxford.

The REACH Communications Officer is a new role, which will be instrumental
towards REACH’s Impact Strategy. The Communications Officer will be
responsible for REACH’s external and internal communications: keeping the
REACH website up-to-date and REACH’s social media presence relevant and
timely, supporting online and in-person initiatives with REACH partners or
external actors, and contributing to liaisons with other parts of Oxford
University and the sector at large. The Communications Officer will operate
within the REACH programme, in close collaboration with the research and
management teams.





We are looking for an enthusiastic, capable and collaborative colleague, with
a passion for communicating science through multiple channels, organising
virtual or in-person events, and networking.
