Saïd Business School is recruiting for an Executive MBA Programme Manager
reporting to a Senior Executive MBA Programme Manager.

business leaders in an increasingly disrupted environment. The part-time EMBA
programme provides students with a solid foundation in core business
principles, broadens mindsets, and enables current and future leaders to make
a difference in their chosen field. EMBA students are mature and highly
articulate, expecting exceptionally high standards in their education and
learning journey.





The role encompasses managing and delivering the student journey in Oxford and
internationally. This includes academic course scheduling; events; faculty and
stakeholder relations; supplier and partner contracting; exceptional front-
facing student care and service; and resource management, all within budget
and adhering to processes.





The ideal candidate will have successful experience of programme, project
and/or event management in a higher education or professional environment,
with the ability to manage a varied workload and multiple stakeholders,
without compromising quality. They will also radiate superior customer service
skills and professional manner.

A few of the responsibilities:





* Responsible for project and event management of the EMBA programme, from timetabling and programme set-up of each module/activity; induction through programme delivery to programme completion.


* Responsible for the event management of major events (e.g. End of Course Ceremonies) for each cohort. Planning and organising all resources required including directing the work of internal staff and external suppliers.


* Communicate effectively with students (written and verbal) through formal presentations and newsletters; act as the first point of contact for all student queries (in-person and by email); conduct Course Rep meetings; use initiative and the application of specialist know-how to provide solutions to problems and communicate outcomes to all students.


* Build and maintain excellent, collaborative working relationships with the students, Programme Directors, Faculty, and all other stakeholders. Create networks of useful contacts and mutually beneficial exchange of information.
