**What You'll be doing:**
As a Maintenance Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of ensuring our systems
and equipment operate flawlessly. You will work across a rich and varied
portfolio including a significant number of heritage assets and prestigious
buildings. Your role will encompass:
• Monitoring and maintaining a wide array of machinery and equipment.
• Swiftly responding to planned and emergency maintenance to minimize
disruptions.
• Collaborating with specialist contractors to tackle challenges.
• Working closely with our dedicated team and various departments.
• Ensuring the safety and functionality of our critical systems.

**To Be Successful You'll Need:**
• Extensive experience in mechanical systems maintenance, including HVAC
systems, heating, cooling and ventilation system
• Previous experience in maintaining systems while buildings are in use.
• Knowledge of control systems, especially BMS TREND 963.
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Knowledge and experience with CAFM systems, Microsoft Office and basic IT
skills
• Experience supervising contractors.
• A commitment to safety, with awareness of relevant UK health and safety
standards.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with contactors and
other customers
• A dedication to providing exceptional customer service.
**Desirable**
Experience with refrigeration, boilers, pumps, water systems and controls
would be an advantage
