Online and Weekly Classes Course Administrator

A well-organised, flexible and accurate administrator is required to join the
small team responsible for administering the Department’s short credit-bearing
courses. You will provide support for the student lifecycle on these
undergraduate-level courses from end-to-end, including dealing with enquiries,
enrolment, on-course administration and post-course enquiries.
You need to be able to demonstrate excellent organisational and administrative
skills, with evidence of high standards of accuracy and attention to detail.
You will also need good interpersonal and communication skills, and the
ability to communicate complex information clearly. You will also have a good
standard of numeracy and be confident in using standard IT applications, and
able to learn new IT systems quickly. Experience of student administration and
experience of working with Excel, Teams, Panopto and Virtual Learning
Environments would be an advantage.
The appointment is permanent and entails a 36.5 hour working week and 38 days
(pro rata) annual holiday including Bank Holidays and Christmas closure. A
pension scheme is available.
Interviews will be held on **Thursday 30th November 2023.**
