<div>The Academic Office coordinates the admissions and on-course administration for the department. All admissions rounds are led by the Academic Admissions Officer, whom you will line manage, and you will be responsible for the administration of the department’s graduate courses, supporting academic members of staff and our postgraduate students. You will be responsible for supporting academic staff to ensure that the courses run smoothly, supporting key committees overseeing teaching in the department and coordinating the examinations process.</div><br>

<div><strong>About you</strong></div><br>
<div>You will have previous experience of academic administration and knowledge of admissions processes within a HE environment is essential. You will be a highly motivated and competent individual with excellent administrative, time management skills, and communication skills, and strong IT and data management ability.</div><br>

<div>Based at Barnett House, 32 Wellington Square, Oxford, this is a full-time position, 37.5 hours per week (1.0 FTE), and is available immediately on a fixed-term basis of up to one year. This position is office-based and two days per week remote working is possible.</div><br>
