Fixed-term contract for 3 years, full time





This fellowship offers a unique opportunity for a dedicated researcher to
advance their academic career in preparation for a future faculty position at
a world-class research university. The successful candidate will be an
integral member of the marketing faculty group at the Saïd Business School and
will play a crucial role in the Oxford Future of Marketing Initiative (FOMI).





Key Responsibilities:



\- Conduct rigorous empirical quant research in marketing, focusing on the
drivers of brand performance and brand equity building.



\- Work closely with Dr Felipe Thomaz, Dr Jason Bell, and Prof Andrew Stephen
on joint projects, utilising Kantar-BrandZ data and other datasets.



\- Lead research projects with FOMI industry partners such as BMC Software,
Diageo, Google, JP Morgan, and others.



\- Publish research in top-tier marketing journals.



\- Present research at major academic conferences in marketing.





You should possess a doctoral degree in marketing or be nearing completion.
You must also demonstrate proven expertise in empirical quant research within
the marketing field and possess a solid understanding of the marketing
literature related to branding and brand valuation. Additionally, you should
be adept at handling large datasets and be proficient in employing current
empirical quant methods at the standard necessary for publication in top-tier
marketing journals.
