We are seeking a highly motivated Project Manager to take up the leading role
in planning, co-ordinating and completing a multi-centre clinical research
study to determine whether magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) can be used as a
screening tool for liver cancer in people with cirrhosis. You will have
excellent communication and presentation skills, together with the ability to
organise and motivate others. The clinical research study is anticipated to
run across 25 sites in England initially until 31st July 2025. If key
milestones are met, then the full study period will extend to 30th April 2029





You will work autonomously as a Project Manager, taking overall responsibility
for the day-to-day management of a clinical research study and the overall
efficient day-to-day management of the project.





You are required to hold a degree in a biomedical or associated subject, or
other relevant qualification, or proven experience in clinical research and
have an understanding of clinical research methodology, GCP and the research
governance framework. Previous experience as a project coordinator/manager
would be desirable.





This is a part time appointment (0.5 FTE) on a fixed term contract until 31
July 2025 years funded by NIHR and you will be based at the Oxford Centre for
Clinical Magnetic Resonance Research (OCMR), John Radcliffe Hospital, Oxford,
OX3 9DU.
