Fixed-term contract for 12 months, full time





Saïd Business School, renowned for its impactful fundraising initiatives and
vibrant alumni engagement, is seeking an Elumni Community Manager to join our
dynamic team. Reporting to the Associate Director of Alumni and Supporter
Engagement and line-managing the Elumni Events Officer, this role is pivotal
in nurturing and expanding our online community of programme participants. The
successful candidate will work collaboratively across various teams within the
School, implementing engagement strategies, moderating content and driving
initiatives to maximise member participation and satisfaction.





Key responsibilities:





* Implement and refine the elumni engagement strategy to meet cross/up sales, research support and fundraising objectives.


* Launch and manage the online networking platform, focusing on growing the membership base and maximising engagement.


* Drive a strategic content plan, moderating content and facilitating interaction to foster a positive and engaging community atmosphere.


* Oversee a content calendar and communications plan for the elumni community, collaborating closely with marketing and content teams.


* Develop an events strategy, overseeing the planning and execution of in-person, online and hybrid events for elumni.




You should have hands-on experience in managing social media platforms or
online communities, along with a deep understanding of community networks,
their design, functionality and strategic implications. Proficiency with
Salesforce.com products, demonstrable marketing skills and experience in data
modelling to drive engagement are also essential.
