<div xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml"> <p></p><div>We are seeking a highly motivated Recruitment Assistant to join the administrative team in the Division of Cardiovascular Medicine, part of the Radcliffe Department of Medicine, and be responsible for the recruitment process, from the initial advertising stage through to preparing interview packs and issuing contracts for a number of vacancies at any one time. Working to strict deadlines you will ensure that the recruitment processes operate in a smooth timely manner. Attention to detail is imperative at each stage of the process.&#160;</div><br> <div>&#160;</div><br> <div>You will be responsible from the initial job request right up until the employee&#8217;s first day, accurately preparing job descriptions and adverts ensuring that all key elements are included and liaising with recruiting managers on recruitment dates as required. You will prepare contracts and go through the new starter process as well as any other duties that commensurate with the grade.</div><br> <div>&#160;</div><br> <div>You are required to hold A-level (or equivalent) qualifications and have demonstrable awareness of data protection, information security guidelines and appropriate discretion when dealing with confidential information. Experience of working in a HR team would be desirable.</div><br> <div>&#160;</div><br> <div>This is a full time appointment on a fixed term contract for 3 years and you will be based at the Level 6, West Wing, John Radcliffe Hospital, Oxford, OX3 9DU.</div><br> <div>&#160;</div><br> <div>Applications for this vacancy are to be made online; you will be required to upload a CV and supporting statement which explains how you meet the selection criteria for the post.</div><br> <div>&#160;</div><br> <div>Only applications received before 12.00 midday on 10 June 2024 can be considered.
