**About the role**
The University of Oxford Gardens & Museums are looking for an enthusiastic and
service driven IT Officer to join the Gardens & Museums IT Team. Gardens &
Museums IT are a customer orientated IT Team who provide IT services, systems,
and solutions across the University’s four Museums, Botanic Garden &
Arboretum, and the GLAM Divisional Office.
The IT Officer will aid in the effective and efficient delivery,
administration and maintenance of these wide-ranging and varied systems and
services and contribute to the continuous improvement activities which run
alongside.
As a member of the Gardens & Museums IT Team you will assist in the provision
of excellent customer service and IT support across the Gardens & Museums –
troubleshooting user problems and where appropriate installing and upgrading
IT equipment.
This full time post is fixed term until 30 April 2026 with onsite working
requirements.
