This role is ideal for individuals eager to expand their HR expertise while contributing to the dynamic environment of a multidisciplinary medical research department.</div><br> <div>&#160;</div><br> <div>You will manage the day-to-day HR operations across two key teams: the Nuffield Division of Clinical Laboratory Sciences (NDCLS) and the RDM Strategic team (RDMS). You will have demonstrable HR and recruitment experience, with a professional and adaptable approach to providing high levels of customer service and building relationships with stakeholders. Experience of working within the public sector and using People XD &#160;HR data base are desirable.</div><br> <div>&#160;</div><br> <div>This role promises a stimulating work environment with opportunities for professional growth. You will benefit from joining the HR Officers Community of Practice across RDM&#8217;s five divisions, allowing for knowledge sharing and development. NDCLS&#8217;s close working connection with the NHS and the chance to work directly with RDM&#8217;s Head of HR offers a varied and wide-ranging scope of work, and an excellent way to advance your professional experience.
