<p></p><div>We are looking to recruit a part-time receptionist to join our team in the Oxford Centre for Clinical Magnetic Resonance Research (OCMR). The receptionists are key members of OCMR, providing administrative support for the department as well as the day to day running of the department’s reception desk. You will have additional responsibilities including admin support to the clinical service run at OCMR.</div><br>

<div>Your responsibilities will include acting as the first point of contact for visitors, patients, contractors and engineers, ensuring safety procedures are followed at all times. As well as this, taking incoming phone calls, responding to emails, answering queries and redirecting them appropriately to departmental extensions.</div><br>

<div>You are required to be educated to A level standard or equivalent and have the ability to communicate effectively and professionally, especially face-to-face and on the telephone, with visitors and staff members from all levels of the University and NHS. Knowledge of the University and OUH/NHS environment would be desirable.</div><br>
<div>This is a part-time appointment (0.6 FTE) on a fixed term contract for 3 years and you will be based at the Oxford Centre for Clinical Magnetic Resonance Research (OCMR), Level 0, John Radcliffe Hospital, Oxford</div><br>
