They will join a wider team of clinicians and research personnel in delivering the CAREFOL-HT project. An antenatal study investigating the role of tetrahydrobiopterin in hypertensive pregnancies. The Research Assistant will be responsible for culturing human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVECs) and performing endothelial tube formation assays, among other duties.</div><br> <div>The successful candidate will hold a Bachelors in an appropriate subject area or HND in Biomedical Science, have an interest and experience in placental and vascular function in hypertensive pregnancies as well as knowledge in preeclampsia, associated therapies, and use of computational science in healthcare. The candidate should also have experience in one or more techniques in molecular, protein and cell biology, as outlined in the Job Description.</div><br> <div>Application Process</div><br> <div>Applications for this vacancy are to be made online.
