<div> <p></p><p>THIS VACANCY IS FOR INTERNAL APPLICANTS ONLY</p><br> <p>Are you keen to develop your administrative skills and would you like to gain experience providing administrative support for a group of busy Bodleian Libraries? If you possess excellent organisational and communication skills and can demonstrate the ability to work effectively and proactively as part of a team, then we would like to hear from you.</p><br> <p>As part of the Social Sciences Group Administration Team you will carry out work which includes: maintaining personnel and financial records; assisting with recruitment; ordering stationery and other supplies; and dealing with a wide range of enquiries.</p><br> <p>You will be someone who can interact well with colleagues, applicants and others. Competency in using Microsoft Word, Excel, databases and email, and a proven ability to become proficient in new software packages are essential, as are a willingness to learn and the ability to respect confidentiality. Experience of Core (HR Information System) and Oracle Financials is desirable, as is experience of recruitment and financial administration.</p><br> <p>Working hours are 33.25 hours per week with an 8.30 start on Mondays or Tuesdays.</p><br> <p>You will be required to upload a supporting statement as part of your online application.
