<div> <p></p><p>Working closely with the administrative team at the Faculty of Philosophy, this is an excellent opportunity to gain a solid grounding in administration at the University of Oxford.</p><br> <p>You will be the first point of contact for all general enquiries to the Faculty of Philosophy, and as a result have a variety of tasks which you will learn to be responsible for. In addition to the day-to-day administrative duties you will develop the skills to ensure our website is up-to-date on a weekly basis with all of our events. You will also come into contact with a number of people from both within the Faculty, the University and a range of external contacts.</p><br> <p>If you are well organised and like a variety of tasks, this is an excellent Apprentice opportunity and a great way to gain practical experience and training at the University of Oxford. For more information visit: www.apprenticeships.ox.ac.uk</p><br> <p>You will be required to complete an initial 2-year training programme that will cover all aspects of the role and will be delivered through in-house training, as well as day-release or other distance learning methods delivered by Abingdon &amp; Witney College. Depending on your previous experience you will complete a Level 2 or 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship standard and you will gain a Diploma in Business Administration qualification. For the right candidate there may be an opportunity to progress to a Level 4 Business Administration Apprenticeship.</p><br> <p>College attendance and successful completion of these studies is an essential requirement of this Apprenticeship</p><br> <p>This role will not attract sufficient points to obtain a sponsored Tier 2 visa under the points-based immigration system. <div> <p></p><p>Working closely with the HR Officer at the Faculty of Philosophy, this is an excellent opportunity to develop a working knowledge of the HR lifecycle, and will provide a great first step to a career in Human Resources.</p><br> <p>You will work closely with the HR Officer who is responsible for manging the Faculty&#8217;s personnel and recruitment matters, and ensuring all data is confidentially maintained.</p><br> <p>If you have an eye for detail, are well organised and can demonstrate the ability to maintain confidentiality, this is an excellent Apprentice opportunity and a great way to gain practical experience and training at the University of Oxford.
