<div><strong>About the Role</strong></div><br>
<div>The Head of Administration & Finance is responsible for the delivery of cross-cutting operational and business management support to ensure the effective running of Research Services. Working in close partnership with the Executive Director and the Leadership Team, you will lead the department’s strategic operational and business planning, financial management and people support services.</div><br>

<div><strong>About You</strong></div><br>
<div>You will bring to the role outstanding business planning and management skills as well as extensive experience of financial and personnel management and strengths in governance and operations. You will be apply your skills and experience in a large and varied service-led department and play a leading role in supporting the success and development of our people, teams and department overall.</div><br>
