The Student Support fundraising team is recruiting a Development Coordinator.
This highly successful team focusses on different areas of the student
experience, including access and outreach and supporting the University’s
strategic ambition of funding increased post graduate scholarships.

In this role you will play a key coordination and project role to support this
busy and friendly fundraising team.





**About the Role:**





As Development Coordinator you will combine coordination of team activities
with managing your own projects. A typical day could involve coordinating the
visit of a prospective donor, supporting the Head of the team with fundraising
data, working across teams to assist with the organisation of stewardship
events in Oxford and elsewhere, and working with colleagues on a fundraising
appeal.





The role would suit someone who is interested in fundraising, and there are
excellent career development opportunities.





**To be successful you ’ll need:**





* Strong administrative and systems skills, attention to detail and an ability to multi-task and manage a varied workload are pivotal to the success of this role.


* You will have proven administrative work experience and be used to working with a number of stakeholders: for this role this will include a wide range of internal colleagues and academic staff, supporters and volunteers of the University, and the general public.


* With excellent communication skills, a flair for organisation and capability to act on your own initiative you will play a key role in a busy team.


* Experience of Microsoft Office and CRM systems is vital and prior knowledge of the University’s DARS system (or similar) is highly desirable.
