<div>We are looking for a motivated <strong>Financial Systems Service Desk Supervisor</strong> to lead our team in providing first-line support for financial systems across the University. In this key customer-facing role, you will oversee the Service Desk’s operations, ensure efficient incident management, and drive high-quality customer service.</div><br>

<div><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></div><br>
<ul><br>
<li>Lead and supervise the Service Desk team, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.</li><br>
<li>Manage incident capture, triage, and prioritisation, improving response times and tracking service performance.</li><br>
<li>Act as a first point of contact for financial system users, providing expert guidance and support.</li><br>
<li>Collaborate with external service providers to resolve complex issues quickly.</li><br>
<li>Monitor and report on Service Desk performance, suggesting improvements to processes.</li><br>
<li>Foster a culture of excellent customer service and continuous improvement.</li><br>
</ul><br>
<div><strong>Skills & Experience:</strong></div><br>
<ul><br>
<li>Previous experience in a service desk or similar support role.</li><br>
<li>Strong communication skills and a technical mindset for problem-solving.</li><br>
<li>Experience in leading or managing a team, with a focus on customer service.</li><br>
<li>Knowledge of financial systems is advantageous.</li><br>
</ul><br>
