The Nuffield Department of Population Health undertakes world-leading research
into long term, chronic health conditions, operating large-scale long-term
studies and projects to identify the causes, prevention and treatment of
diseases that result in avoidable suffering for millions of people around the
world. The administrative teams are closely integrated within the department
and work with all levels of staff who are committed to the research and
teaching undertaken.
We are seeking to appoint a Senior HR Officer to provide high-quality
professional HR service to academics, researchers and administrators within
the Department. Your responsibilities will include aspects of recruitment,
casework and staff changes
We are looking for someone with a background in HR, and who is self-motivated
and able to work independently and collaboratively. To be considered for the
role you will hold a degree or equivalent, be qualified to CIPD graduate level
or above and have proven experience of managing a human resources operation in
a complex organisation.
This is a full time (part time considered), fixed term post for 2 years in the
first instance.
