You'll serve as the primary liaison for all matters related to workflow, processes, and systems integration, enhancing our portfolio and ensuring efficient and effective management of processes.</div><br> <div>&#160;</div><br> <div>Key Responsibilities:</div><br> <div>&#160;</div><br> <div>- Set clear and aligned goals for the team, fostering transparent communication and collaboration.</div><br> <div>- Manage performance, provide feedback, and support the professional growth of your team.</div><br> <div>- Identify areas of inefficiency and design streamlined workflows, continually reviewing and refining existing processes.</div><br> <div>- Develop comprehensive program strategies and oversee the execution of initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.</div><br> <div>&#160;</div><br> <div>The ideal candidate will have considerable relevant experience in operations or project management within Online Education. And demonstrated advanced project management skills, navigating change and driving continuous improvement.
