seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to join us as the Head of Strategic
Operations and Continuous Improvement. If you're passionate about reshaping

As the Head of Strategic Operations and Continuous Improvement, you will play
a pivotal role in driving operational priorities for Oxford Saïd Online.
You'll serve as the primary liaison for all matters related to workflow,
processes, and systems integration, enhancing our portfolio and ensuring
efficient and effective management of processes.





Key Responsibilities:





\- Set clear and aligned goals for the team, fostering transparent
communication and collaboration.



\- Manage performance, provide feedback, and support the professional growth
of your team.



\- Identify areas of inefficiency and design streamlined workflows,
continually reviewing and refining existing processes.



\- Develop comprehensive program strategies and oversee the execution of
initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.





The ideal candidate will have considerable relevant experience in operations
or project management within Online Education. And demonstrated advanced
project management skills, navigating change and driving continuous
improvement. Experience in a management role, exhibiting leadership qualities
in guiding global diverse teams is also important.
