The Innovation and Engagement Team in Research Services provides support for
activities such as IP management and commercialisation; enterprise and
entrepreneurship; public and community engagement with research; and
engagement with businesses, society and regional economic development
organisations. The team leads the delivery of the University’s Knowledge
Exchange Strategy and supports Oxford’s innovation ecosystem.
This is a fixed term contract but secondment opportunities may be considered.

**About the Role**
As part of this team you will provide support for a wide variety of
initiatives designed to facilitate the exchange of knowledge between the
University’s researchers, government, community organisations and businesses
of all sizes. In this diverse and interesting role you will be liaising with
academics, policy makers, research funders and businesses, and play a key part
in showcasing the impact of Oxford’s world-leading research to a breadth of
audiences.
This is an outstanding opportunity for someone interested in developing a
career in Knowledge Exchange to gain experiences and invaluable insights in a
range of diverse initiatives and activities.
**About You**
We are seeking a person who will bring to this role drive and initiative,
excellent communication and project management skills, experience in
organising events, the ability to work on a wide range of tasks and projects
at the same time and the capacity to build collaborative partnerships.
